Our terms and conditions have been reviewed, 1st December 2025. All policies existing and stated on this page are all present, reviewed and correct. Please take your time to read through our policies before you decide to book your event at our venue. Thank you

Please understand that our Management verbalise our terms and conditions in addition to our e signature event contracts. By signing your event contract, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions. Please do not sign our event contract if you have any doubts. Your satisfaction is our goal and we only operate events according to our terms and conditions which relate to our premises licensing laws, the licensing law act 2003 and safety compliance. Our staff, our guests and general public safety are our priority. We do not tolerate volience, disrespectful behaviour towards our staff, our guests or local residents/general public. Please do read over all of our terms and conditions in addition to our verbal instructions prior to booking. Thank you for your co operation and understanding.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR EVENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND. ITS IMPORTANT TO OUR LICAL BUSINESS THAT YOU HAVE A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF OUR POLICIES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING

Our guests, general public, and employees safety are our number 1 priority

Please respect the local residents and community. Don’t drop litter, drive carefully and if you require a taxi our staff will happily call one for you

Strictly NO Fireworks on our premises without written consent from The Grange Management. Damage deposit in full will be retained by The Grange Venue if fireworks or smoke machine (s) are used without authorised consent.
